Terms & Conditions

Rates are per room, per night, based on double occupancy and do not include resort taxes, gratuities and service fees that apply to all persons occupying the room.  All rates are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.  Adult pricing begins at 12 years old and older. Restrictions apply.  Not applicable to groups.

Taxes, Service Fees & Gratuities for Rooms:

                                                         Taxes: 10% Guest room tax based on nightly room rate.

                                             Resort Levies: 3% PITDA* levy based on nightly room rate and 5% NPIPB** levy based on nightly room rate.

                                      Utility Service Fee: $12.95 per person, per night, 12 years and older

Atlantis Mandatory Housekeeping Gratuity: $5.00 per person, per night, 12 years and older.

                         1 Bedroom Azure, Sapphire, Presidential & Penthouse Suite:  $12.00 per person, per night, 12 years older

                         2 Bedroom Azure, Sapphire, Presidential & Penthouse Suite:  $12.00 per person, per night for the master suite, 

                                                                        plus $6.00 per  person, per night, 12 years old and older in the Connecting Ocean Suite

Reef Mandatory Housekeeping Gratuity Studio : $6.00 per person, per night, 12 years old and older.

                         1 Bedroom: $18.00 per person, per night, 12 years old and older.

                         2 Bedroom: $18.00 per person, per night 12 years old and older, plus $6.00 

       2 Bedroom Penthouse:  $50.00 per person, per night, 12 years old and older, $18.00 per person, per night for 3rd & 4th persons.  

       3 Bedroom Penthouse: $50.00 per person, per night,12 years old and older, $18.00 per person, per night for 3rd & 4th persons, 

                                              plus $6.00 per  person, per night 12 years and older in connecting studio.

Additional Person Charges:   Adult pricing begins at 12 years old and older, $50 per each additional person.
