SCHEDULING
Booking your appointments in advance ensures you receive your preferred treatments. Appointments are available from 8am to 7pm daily. The Spa is open from 7:30am to 8:30pm.
GIFT CARDS
Give the Sahra experience by purchasing a gift card in any denomination. They’re available via our spa or hotel concierges, or by calling (702) 698-7171.
SPA & FITNESS CENTER DAY USAGE
Guests have the option of enjoying our full spa and fitness center with the purchase of any treatment. Those who wish to use only the spa and fitness center may purchase a Pass with the spa concierge.
CANCELLATION REQUIREMENT
A 4-hour advance notice for any appointment cancellations or changes contributes to the well being of you, our staff and other guests. Cancellations and missed appointments that occur outside of this timeframe will be billed in full.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Sahra Spa & Hammam is available to all guests 18 years and older.
TECHNICIAN PREFERENCE
Your comfort with our therapists is a priority. When scheduling your treatments, please let us know if you prefer a male or female therapist, or have no preference.
ARRIVAL
Approaching your appointment calmly enhances your experience. We recommend entering the spa up to 60 minutes before your treatment to relax into all Sahra has to offer. At minimum, 30 minutes is required to change into your robe and slippers and place your belongings in a private-issued locker. To ensure the safety of your valuables, please remove any jewelry prior to your spa visit. Cellular phones and electronic devices should be turned off and placed in your private locker to preserve serenity for all.
HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS
Sahra’s philosophy centers on health, healing and wholeness. Before partaking in any treatment, please inform us of any medical conditions. This includes pregnancy, sunburn, allergies or special concerns you may have. At times, active ingredients in certain skin care products are not recommended due to allergies, sensitivities or other products in use. Please let us know any possible considerations before your service so that we may select the best products for you.
GRATUITIES
To assist you in showing appreciation for the care you receive at Sahra, we have added a 18% gratuity to your bill. Should you wish to personally thank your therapist with an additional contribution you may arrange for that after your treatment(s). A member of our management team is always available for you should you have questions.
