The El San Juan is a Classic European Casino in design featuring paneled walls, crystal chandeliers and staff dressed in tuxedoes. Combining a warm, friendly atmosphere with elegant European opulence, this jewel of the Caribbean is the place to go if you are looking for excitement and action. To maintain the rich, warm elegance of the casino, five million dollars was recently invested to ensure that the high standards of the casino continue to provide our guests with the best of the Caribbean. The casino is now the only facility in Puerto Rico with a stage and entertainment visible from the casino floor. Cocktail service is now available in the casino.
The casino offers new and higher limits at Blackjack ($3,000 a hand, up to three hands), Craps ($2,000 maximum with double odds), Baccarat ($10,000 maximum), Roulette ($200 maximum any way you can get to it ), Mini Baccarat ( $3,000 maximum), and they have just added Caribbean Stud and Slot VIP areas with new state of the art technology. The casino operates from 12:00 NOON till 4:00am Daily. Special events are planned throughout the year.
The El San Juan has 304 guestrooms in the Ten floor main building divided into Standard, Superior, Deluxe and suite categories. The majority of the guestrooms and suite in the main tower offers balconies with seating areas that include tables and chairs. All views from the tower overlook the beach and Atlantic Ocean or the San Juan Skyline. In addition, there are 50 guestrooms located in the tropical gardens and 21 Ocean Lanai Suites.
The El San Juan Winter Casino Rates (December 23rd- April 15th,2003 ) per night and do not include applicable Taxes. Please note these rates exclude Peak winter 12/26,2003 - Jan. 2nd, 2004 and Feb 16th-20th Pres. Weekend.
