Kosher Meal Policy/Special Dietary Requests/Split Charges DATE: April 2007
The Culinary
Division offers our guests a number of dining options to cater to your
special dietary needs. We ask guests who require special attention for their
diets to contact the Chef’s Office at least two (2) weeks prior to arrival
with full details of their needs, and special requests.
On arrival please contact a Culinary Executive who will arrange time
and location for their requested meals.
Our Culinary team
will arrange your meals to be prepared to your specifications regarding any
food allergies or dietary restrictions which may need attention.
