Mayan Temple Water Slide
Just beyond the Royal Towers lies the towering six-story Mayan temple with its five water slides. For your safety and convenience, please observe the mandatory posted water slide rules and those given by the slide attendants. All riders use the slides at their own risk.
Whether guests prefer a thrilling ride through a shark-filled lagoon or a gentle but fun-filled ride, they'll find it at one of the many water slides found throughout the resort. Atlantis offers unparalleled fun and excitement on these spectacular rides. Grab an inner tube and join the fun! --- Guests must be at least 48 inches tall to ride the water slides. The pools are open and lifeguards are on duty from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The water slides are open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Children ages 16 and under that are within the pool and beach areas must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Leap of Faith
The Leap of Faith slide offers the daring and adventurous, a 60 ft. almost-vertical drop from the top of the Mayan Temple, propelling riders at a tremendous speed through a clear acrylic tunnel submerged in a shark-filled lagoon.
Serpent Slide
On the five-story corkscrew Serpent Slide, guests travel on a tube at high speeds through the darkness of the Temple's core. The twisting and turning ride culminates with a leisurely pass through a clear acrylic tunnel submerged in a shark-filled lagoon. Located at the Mayan Temple.
Challenger Slides
Challenge a friend instead of the sharks! Guests can race each other, two at a time, down the twin high-speed Challenger Slides. Check your speeds on the time clocks at the bottom of the slides and see who won! Located at the Mayan Temple.
Jungle Slide
Take a thrilling high-speed safari. Pass through exotic jungles and caves built into the heart of the Temple. Located at the Mayan Temple.
