Cancellation Policy:

• Guests must cancel their reservation a minimum of 7 days before their arrival date

• A cancellation number will be provided to avoid a one-night cancellation penalty.

• Any cancellation less than 7 days will be charged a one-night stay.

• Cancellation penalty rate/B dates:  Coral $200, Royal 300 , Reef/Cove $450

• Cancellation penalty rate/A dates:  “A” rate will apply

• Customers that book their room 6 days or less prior to their arrival date will have 24 hours from the day they booked to cancel

or make modifications to their reservation in order to avoid the cancellation fee of the first night’s room rate.

• If the reservation is a no-show or is not canceled, the guest will be charged for the full length of stay booked.
