Premium Class reservations will not be active during this time; as we’ll not have any amenity services being provided en route due to COVID-19 precautions.

In an effort to maintain spacing, we will have Comfort Class.  Comfort Class is the guarantee of the middle seat in each row left vacant; allowing (2) guests to sit per row with a vacant chair between. 

Any guest at $400+ ADW will have the Comfort Class available, complimentary. 

Should you have a guest that would like the guarantee of Comfort Class and does NOT meet the $400+ ADW, he or she can purchase the Comfort Class at $49 p/person.  This fee is in addition to what they would pay, normally.  In other words, should a guest qualify for a discounted rate of $199, they will be assessed the $199 + $49 p/person.

If a market has a high response, please note we will take the middle seat on rows and fill the aircraft up to an additional (20) seats.  The (20) seats will be located in the rear cabin.

Extending Your Tier Status and Benefits
We are excited to announce that the M life Rewards Tier Status, whether NOIR, Platinum, Gold or Pearl, you earned in 2019 or in 2020, will be extended through January 31, 2022.

Earning Year Changes
With this extension, we are also changing our earning year to January 1 - December 31 from what's historically been October 1 - September 30, extending your benefits an additional three months and moving to an easier to understand and track calendar earning year.

Points & Express Comps Reminder
We want to make sure you don't miss redeeming and enjoying any Points or Express Comps™ that may expire during the time we are closed. As a result, we have suspended Point and Express Comp expirations through September 30, 2020.

 

Regarding the Charter Flights to Beau Rivage

Please note that I have listed below, the requirements that may have changed for our charter flight program due to the pandemic.  Please note that things change daily and anything listed below is subject to change at any time.

 

  • Face masks will be required of all passengers while in the airport and on our charter flights.

  • Plane will load from front to back.

  • No food and beverage service will be served during the flight.   Guest may bring their own food and beverage on board the aircraft as long as it follow TSA guidelines or is purchased after clearing TSA.

  • Mini bottles of alcohol will not be allowed on the aircraft for consumption.  Alcohol service can only be handled by Sun Country staff members and is currently suspended during flights.

  • All passengers will be required to wear face masks on the Hotard transportation coaches to/from the airport. 

  • Bus Lobby arrivals will be handled as in the past while keeping social distancing in mind.  Queue lines will be set up for check-in and guests will directed by staff members as to where to stand.

  • Gold members may still check-in at the Gold Line at the Front Desk.  VIP will be open for Platinum and NOIR check-in.

  • Guests that do not want to wait in the queue check-in line may return to the Front Desk and check-in later.  Guest welcome packet will not be available at the front desk until at least 1 hour after bus lobby arrival.

  • Only one person per room needs to wait in the check-in line

  • Carry on items can be stored at the bell desk if needed.

  • Housekeeping will not enter any room during guests stay.  If guest needs service, they should notify housekeeping and advise what they need and when they will be out of the room.

  • The casino strongly requests that you wear a mask while in all public areas at all times.  Casino/hotel will not require any pre-screening of guests upon entry.

  • The casino does not close for cleaning.  Game cleaning is done in zones throughout the day.

  • Limited restaurants and amenities are available at this time. 

  • It is advisable that guests make dinner reservations in advance of arrival via the Beau Rivage website.

  • On departure day, queue lines will be set up for load-out.  Staff members will direct guests where to stand.

  • Luggage will still be picked up in guests rooms. 

  • Luggage handles will be sanitized prior to guest retrieving luggage at the Gulfport Airport.

  • Masks will be required for both motorcoach transport back to the Gulfport Airport as well as in the airport and on the aircraft.

Q. I earned my M life Rewards Tier Status (Noir, Platinum, Gold, Pearl) between October 1, 2018 and September 30, 2019.

How long do I get to enjoy my earned M life Rewards Tier Status and the associated benefits?

  • You will be able to enjoy your M life Rewards Tier Status through January 31, 2022.

Q. I earned my M life Rewards Tier Status (Noir, Platinum, Gold, Pearl) between October 1, 2019 and the day your Casino Resort(s) closed due to the COVID-19 crisis. How long do I get to enjoy my earned M life Rewards Tier Status and the associated benefits?

  • You will be able to enjoy your M life Rewards Tier Status through January 31, 2022.

Q. What if I earn M life Rewards Tier Status from the time your Casino Resort(s) reopen and December 31, 2020?

  • You will be able to enjoy your M life Rewards Tier Status through January 31, 2022.

Q. I saw that you are changing M life Rewards Tier Status Earning Year to a Calendar Year of January 1 – December 31 instead of October 1 and September 30 of each year.  How does that affect my earning in 2020?

  • We've decided to transition to a Calendar Year, January 1 – December 31 earning period for your M life Rewards Tier Status.  For 2020, that means you have an additional 3 months to earn status that you will enjoy for all of 2021, until January 31, 2022.

 

Q. What about my earning in 2021 for my 2022 M life Rewards Tier Status, how does that change?

  • On January 1, 2021, we will reset all M life Rewards Tier Credit balances to zero (0) for all members for the 2021 Tier Status Earning Year for your M life Tier Status Benefit Year that will be valid February 1, 2022 – January 31, 2023.  This does not affect anyone who earned Tier Status in 2019 or 2020.  Your Tier Status and benefits will be valid until January 31, 2022 as previously noted.

Q. I see that there is a Tier Status Earning Year and Tier Status Benefits Year.  Can you explain a bit more how that will work?

  • That is correct.  There is now a Tier Status Earning year that will be based on a Calendar Year, January 1 – December 31.  There will also now be a Tier Status Benefits Year which will be February 1 – January 31.  You earn Tier Credits from January 1 – December 31 of each year and your accumulated Tier Credits will determine your Tier Status for the coming Tier Status Benefits year.  You will enjoy your Tier Status from February 1 – January 31 of the following year.
