The day has finally arrived, our Nevada casinos open today!
Here in Las Vegas we were able to come back to property and get ourselves set up and acclimated to the new protocols and it felt great being back!
Because we are only opening 3 of our 9 casinos here in Las Vegas,
A few updates for everyone to know about.
Hotel guests will have their temperature checked upon arrival to our properties. We are adhering to social distancing practices, therefore if we are able to meet your guest we will not be able shake hands or hug them. We will be able to direct them to where they can check in and we will communicate how to get a hold of us while they are on property.
Customers will be able to check-in via a kiosk or the Front Desk at the Flamingo and Harrah’s.
Both properties will also have Seven Star and Diamond check in windows at the Front Desk.
At Caesars Palace, VIP Check-in for Diamond and Seven Star customers will be available in addition to the kiosks and
the Front Desk.
We are no longer allowed to hand out welcome letters and Caesars Reward cards upon checking in. Please make sure you go to the Caesars Rewards desk for your cards.
On the gaming floor it is strongly suggested that customers wear a face mask and our security guards will be handing them out if a guest would like to have one. If a guest wants to play table games, we are now requiring that face masks must be worn at the tables or the customer will be turned away. Taking off your mask so you can drink your cocktail is allowed, however, smoking at the tables is no longer allowed.
Customers will need to step away from the game in order to smoke. Face masks are optional while playing the slot machines.
We will not be offering room service or in-room amenities in this first phase of our opening.
Failure to comply will result in your guest being turned away and they will have to find their own way to our property.
