When will the casinos reopen?

Answer: It is our belief that the President working with the governors (State by State) will reopen the country based on the information gathered by the reopening committee.

As this is decided we will continue to update.

Will our Caesars Rewards Credits Expire?

Answer: No, Caesars Entertainment announced that no Reward Credits will expire during this closure and are currently working on updating the requirements for earning Tier Credits

What is the cancellation policy on the charter flights / Cruises?

Answer: Caesars Entertainment will allow cancellation on most flights up to 72 Hours

In regards to cruises most have flexible cancellation policies 

Royal Caribbean and NCL are expecting to resume March 1st 2021

Is Casino Sales Open?

Answer: Yes, complying with the CDC warnings we are working from home to answer all your questions and handle your future bookings

Answer: Yes,  our website has the most up to date information on

upcoming trips and E Specials
