When will the casinos reopen?
Answer: It is our belief that the President working with the governors (State by State) will reopen the country based on the information gathered by the reopening committee.
As this is decided we will continue to update.
Will our Caesars Rewards Credits Expire?
Answer: No, Caesars Entertainment announced that no Reward Credits will expire during this closure and are currently working on updating the requirements for earning Tier Credits
What is the cancellation policy on the charter flights / Cruises?
Answer: Caesars Entertainment will allow cancellation on most flights up to 72 Hours
However, all May Flights have been cancelled and June should have the normal cancellation fees
As of April 15th All Beau Rivage Charters have been canceled until June 30th
In regards to cruises most have flexible cancellation policies
Royal Caribbean and NCL are expecting to resume June 15th,2020
The entire NCL Sun Alaska Cruise have been canceled and the Sun is relocating to
Port Canaveral for Caribbean Sailings
