Effective July 21, 2023, The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba, are introducing a daily Resort Fee of $90 (per room, plus applicable taxes). The Daily Resort Fee will be implemented on all new reservations made after July 20, 2023.  Please note the Occupancy Service Charge of 15% will no longer apply to any future reservations made after July 20, 2023. The Occupancy Service Charge will be replaced with a daily Resort Fee of $90 as mentioned above, effective July 21, 2023.

 

Please note this fee does not apply to complimentary room nights.

 

The Daily Resort Fee of $90 (per room, plus applicable taxes) includes an array of amenities:

  • Welcome drink during check-in (choice of sparkling wine or non-alcoholic beverage)

  • Use of non-motorized watersports including standup paddle boards, kayaks, floating rafts, water hammocks, and snorkeling gear

  • Use of the Spa accommodations, including the steam room and sauna

  • ‘Bahada di Solo’ Sunset Experience at Divi Terrace with our signature Cadushi cocktail sampler

  • Select Ritz Kids activities for children between 4 and 12 years old, and use of water toys at the Recreation Pool

  • Daily guided exercise class (Such as Yoga, Zumba or a Powerwalk)

  • Enhanced high-speed internet access and local calls (up to 60 minutes daily)

  • Valet parking

Casino room availability for December 2022

(December 11th to 21st).

The current Casino offer of three (3) complimentary nights and additional nights can be offered at the following rates:

  • $249++ for Limited View King

  • $299++ for Coastal View King and Queen

  • $349++ for Ocean View King and Queen

  • $449++ for Ocean Front King and Queen

  • $549++ for Junior Suite

  • $649++ for Executive Suite

All quoted rates are exclusive of tax and service charge and are subject to availability.

Please do know that the rates quoted are for casino players only and we do have player requirements:

  • Slot: Average of 3 ½ to 4 hours play per day with an average bet of $5

  • Table: Table: Average of 2 ½ to 3 hours play per day with an average bet of $100 to $125

**Note that the Casino has the right to modify the Casino Rate to Hotel Rack Rate if player does not comply with the player requirements.

 

Our cancellation policy for the Festive season

(December 18th through January 1st, 2023) is as follows:

The rates quoted are based on availability per night and are subject to 15% daily Service charge, 9.5% Government Tax and $3.50 Environmental Fee.

 

A three (3) nights’ room and tax deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining room and tax is due 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations within the 90 days of arrival will forfeit entire room and tax payment.

The Credit Card used to reserve your reservation and process your deposits must be presented at the time of check in with a valid ID.
